Our Mural Installation Policy

Our company has a set of policies and procedures in place that allow us to create a quality product in a timely manner. Our goal is to bring your vision to life, on time and on budget. We take time to design your vision and take the time to make sure your project is done right.

You and your design team (you may be contacting us prior to the beginning of the design process) will review all plans and specifications. If there are any changes or amendments to the plans, we will obtn your authorization prior to beginning the design process. We cannot begin any project without your approval.

When you have completed the artwork, sign an agreement and pay the balance due. You will then receive a full-color estimate that will be avlable prior to the installation of your mural.

Your mural must be installed within one week of receipt of final payment. This will allow us time to remove the existing murals and prepare the surface for your mural. This is also to allow the mural to cure. We recommend that all new murals be completed as quickly as possible. A new mural installation policy is in effect and will not allow a mural to be placed on a wall any later than the week of its completion.

Your crew must provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to beginning the installation. A copy of the certificate will be placed in our files for your records.

The City of Murrieta requires three coats of sealant to be applied at each mural, to provide extra protection. One coat of primer is applied prior to the first sealant coat. Two coats of sealant are applied at the wall prior to each step of the installation. Each coating must be tested to insure that the entire wall is dry before the next coat is applied.

It is highly recommended that your mural be installed by a company that is well trned and experienced. A company using a crane may require an engineer on the job to assure that the crane is safe.

During the installation, you may observe some minor damage to your mural. This may be caused by a crew member's negligence or by normal wear and tear. If there is damage, it is our obligation to replace your mural.

If you have any problems or concerns prior to or during the installation, we will attempt to resolve them. If we cannot, we will notify you and arrange a meeting to resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved at the meeting, we will give you a thirty (30) day notice of the intent to replace the mural with a new mural that we find to be satisfactory.
